1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on the platform, purchasing a software subscription, accessing our portal, or uploading a document for printing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Description of Services

QR Se Prints is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud printing technology provider. We enable cyber cafes, print shops, photocopy shops, and CSC centers ("Shop Owners") to automate customer print orders using QR codes and desktop print agent software. Customers scan a shop's unique QR code, upload documents, specify print settings (B&W/Color, copies, pages), pay online or via cash, and the print job is automatically dispatched to the shop's physical printer.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legally recognized business entity to register as a Shop Owner.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete details during registration (Shop Name, Owner Name, Mobile, Email, and Operating Area).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shop ID and account password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Taxes

• Free Trial: We offer a 100% free test demo (2 Hours Access) allowing new shop owners to test printer connectivity and software features before paying.
• Paid Subscription Plans:
  • Monthly Plan: ₹49 (30 Days access)
  • 6 Months Plan: ₹249 (180 Days access)
  • 1 Year Plan: ₹499 (365 Days access)
  • Lifetime Plan: ₹1499 (One-time payment, perpetual access)
• All subscription fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in advance.
• Payment transactions are processed securely through certified, RBI-authorized payment aggregators (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree).

5. Customer Print Payments & 0% Commission Policy

Payments made by end-customers for their print jobs are processed directly to the respective Shop Owner's linked payment gateway account or collected as counter cash. QR Se Prints charges 0% commission on individual print orders and does not hold or escrow customer print funds.

6. User Content & Acceptable Use

Users and Shop Owners agree NOT to use the platform to upload, transmit, or print any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or intellectual property rights.
• Constitutes counterfeit currency, forged official stamps, fake government seals, or unauthorized confidential exam materials.
• Contains malicious software, viruses, or disruptive code.

QR Se Prints enforces automatic irreversible deletion of all customer files immediately upon printing in strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The QR Se Prints platform, logo, trademarks, software code, user interface designs, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of QR Se Prints. Purchasing a subscription grants the Shop Owner a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on their authorized shop devices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete printer hardware. In no event shall QR Se Prints or its founder be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business profits, paper, or ink. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sirsa, Haryana, India.
