1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how QR Se Prints ("Platform", "we", "our", operated by Karan Singh, House No 1442, Talwara Khurd, Ellenabad, Sirsa, Haryana, India) collects, processes, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website (https://qrseprints.in) and our automated print cloud software.

2. Zero Permanent File Storage Policy (Our Core Promise)

The safety of customer documents is our highest priority:

• Immediate Irreversible Deletion: Files uploaded by customers (PDFs, Word docs, photos, Aadhaar/ID cards, marksheets) are held in temporary memory cache solely to execute the requested print job. As soon as the print command is transmitted to the shop's printer, the file is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
• No Backups or Archives: We do NOT retain copies, archives, thumbnails, or cloud backups of customer documents. Once printed, documents cannot be recovered or downloaded again.
• Timeout Auto-Wipe: If an uploaded document is not printed or paid within 10 minutes, our automated janitor service permanently purges it from server memory.

3. Information We Collect

• For Shop Owners (Account Registration): Shop Name, Owner Name, Contact Mobile Number, Email Address, Operating City/Area, and Payment Transaction IDs.
• For End Customers (Printing Users): Customer Mobile Number (used exclusively for sending WhatsApp / SMS print verification notifications and OTP receipts) and Print Job Metadata (page count, color mode, timestamp, payment method). Document contents are never indexed or analyzed.
• Technical & Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and system timestamps for security monitoring and fraud prevention.

4. Payment Security & Zero Financial Data Storage

We do NOT store or collect sensitive financial credentials. All subscription purchases and online customer payments are processed directly by certified, PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorized payment aggregators (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree, and UPI). We never see or store credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, netbanking passwords, or UPI PINs.

5. Purpose Limitation & No Data Selling

We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize user data. Information collected is used strictly for:

• Providing, operating, and maintaining our smart printing services.
• Sending essential transactional notifications (OTP verification, subscription receipts, order alerts).
• Preventing security abuse, malicious uploads, and unauthorized system access.
• Complying with statutory requirements under Indian law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential, secure session cookies strictly for authentication and dashboard functionality. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising cookies.

7. Data Principal Rights (Under DPDP Act 2023)

Under India's DPDP Act, users (Data Principals) have the following enforceable rights:

• Right to Access: You can request a summary of personal information held by the platform.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: You can update your shop details or request permanent closure and deletion of your account.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register complaints with our designated Grievance Officer.
